Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective: 31 July 2026

Subscription activation

VIP Tag subscriptions are digital services activated for the selected account and profile. Once a paid subscription has been activated, the subscription fee is non-refundable.

Before activation

A cancellation request received before activation may be reviewed. Any approved reversal will use the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing times.

Service issues

Report activation or billing errors promptly to connect@viptag.in. VIP Tag may correct the service, extend access, or provide another appropriate remedy where an error is confirmed.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
